After breakfast you will depart your Arusha hotel at 0800 hrs and make your way to Tarangire National Park (an approximately 1:30-hour journey). Upon arrival you will go directly on a game drive. After breakfast you will depart with a picnic lunch in hand towards the Ngorongoro Ndutu Area. Upon your arrival at the NCAA gate, you will take care of the park formalities and fees before making your way to your game drive in Ngorongoro Ndutu Area. After your breakfast you will continue with your game drive in this area to experience the an amazing calving season where hundreds of thousands calves are being born in this season after the short rain that makes the new sprout of grass for the calves. After an early breakfast, You will descend over 600 meters into the crater to view wildlife. Supported by a year round water supply and fodder, the Ngorongoro conservation Area supports variety of animals, which include herds of wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, eland, warthog, hippo, and giant African elephants. Another big draw card to this picturesque national park, is it’s dense population of predators, which include lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs and the ever-elusive leopard, which sometimes requires a trained eye to spot. We will visit Lake Magadi, a large but shallow alkaline lake in the southwestern corner, which is one of the main features of the crater. A large number of flamingos, hippos and other water birds can usually been seen here. Late afternoon transfer to Arusha For dinner and Overnight or Airport drop off.
